You folks are quite the group and I am happy to call you my friends. I am asking for you to make a 44 cent investment and say hello to a good guy.

PLEASE; no gars, just a encouraging word will do.

My son Mike (and LURCH's dad) got hit in Iraq in November 2008. In truth he got hit nine times but body armor and helmet took seven of those rounds. He got one through the thigh and exited his ass, so he has an official place for someone to kiss. The other hit was one his arm blowing a 2" piece of his Ulna away and damaging the nerves in his hand.

The Army took care of him right, and he has gone through nine surgeries to try and get the hand back. Last week Monday it was decided that the index finger just wasn't meant to be, so he lost the finger (in hope he could get opposition with the thumb and other three fingers.) That same day after discharge from the hospital he drove home from Ft. Hood (2.5 hours) in his stick shift car. My son is very bull headed

He is in good spirits and trying not to let this get to him, but you can read the owie on his face. I think this would do more than a doctor or pills could.

Thank you; addy is as follows:

I'm all over this Pugster... Good man needs a nice pick-me-up. This whole Lurch family thing is starting to sound like The Mob!!! :sign:

I agree on all accounts. I did not know the family connection. I am all over this as well.

I certainly think this is something that can happen... I'll get on it this weekend!
