RIP Mr. Hockey

Mr. hockey introduced the world to the Sharks jersey when the team debuted the design for the first time.
 
RIP, loved the Gordie Howe hat trick....goal, assist and a fight. His first one was 1953 I think. Just an all round classic guy.

I hate to say this, but I was a fan when Howe played for the Red Wings. I lived close enough to get Hockey Night in Canada. So, I got to see him more often than most Americans did. He's was what a first line R.W. was supposed to be. The G. H. hat trick has been around for a long time, but the guy it wrong. It's a goal, an assist and five min. for fighting. Two, just won't do.
