Last weekend, I took the "discontinued" list and shopped the world. My gawd, the difference it makes with shipping....

from 0 to $60 in 8.0!!!
 
A little used shop in Switerland charges about $43 for courier service for up to 2 boxes. Estimated delivery time to the East Coast is 4-5 days. That seems to be a decent price, and worth paying for since his prices are fairly reasonable.

I like those prefered sights where the shipping is shown in the price and its still a good deal.
