Wife is going to Chicago and would like to know if you are able to recommend cigar shops so she can go in and get me some stuff.....

Around East Monroe is where she is staying.....

There's Iwan Ries downtown (on Wabash). Very nice place - but a bit on the pricey side. They have some very nice cigars, though:

Up Down Tobacco at 1500 N. Wells St. Not too far away (and a great store - The owner, Diana Silvius is very well known in the cigar industry).

In the suburbs (north):

Cigar King in Skokie - huge humidor / nice selection:

Cigars & More, Libertyville, IL. Very nice selection (one of only two Davidoff retailers in Illinois) / great atmosphere.

Ya Matt, after all the work I did for Diana she really screwed us when I did the Thanksgiving Crawl! Plus who the heck wants to pay $8.00 for a Fuente Short Story!?!

It is a nice looking store, don't get me wrong...I just don't care for the owner...can you tell.
