One of my favorite small batch bourbons is Bookers. It comes in a wax-sealed bottle and at 125 proof, can stand up to the stronger cigars. While I enjoy mixing whiskey on occasion, this is one that should be enjoyed by itself. A glass of Bookers and a 1964 Padrons makes for one of the best evenings you can ask for. It's made by Jim Bean, who also makes Knob Creek and Bakers (both of which are excellent).
