Has anyone used the Smoke Daddy? It appears that it maybe it would be better for cold smoking.When I BBQ, I smoke a cup of chips (give or take) to get the smoke into the meat without overwhelming it and killing it. Some people fill the large one all the way and it blows a ton of smoke. My thoughts, maybe just to much. I am aware that they come in 8” and 6”. The 6” maybe better to use if one should go that route. Not only does this unit appear to blow tons of smoke but, it appears it will for a long time possibly killing the taste. Does anyone have experiences with this unit?
