For argument sake, I am fairly certain that being a Canadian citizen, hypothetically I am not breaking any laws if I was to hypothetically send hypothetical Cuban cigars through the mail to the US.

I believe all of the cigars come from Havana House. Don't count on what the website says because it is extremely out of date last time I checked it regarding Havana House of Canada dealers.
