Smoking Buddies at Fort Leavenworth

I am moving to Fort Leavenworth in December, and I am trying to find some smoking buddies. I am also looking for good cigar shops in the area. Thanks for your help.

You won't be too far from The Outlaw North store. As far as Leavenworth smoking buddies, I hear there are several thousand men that would love to spend some free time outside their current environment.
