When I was going through my woodworking period, and building a humidor. I purchased all my spanish cedar up in White Plains, NY. These guys have a warehouse full of exotic woods. Exit 6 off 287.

Call them for a catalog. They usually have large thickness board stock. However, they will plane it down for you to size for an additional cost. It's worth the ride.
