yea, I took your post as hehehehe! No concern here. It does bother me though that this brand I love had a bug opppsy with the Halloween releases, then the Blacks that I have also been waiting for wont even fit in my humi in the box...just disappointed. A few singles are on there way to me and we will see how much I like for how long I have been saving.

I thought the boxes for the blacks and reds were a bit much, but today I saw a box of LFD Solomons, My god, the LFD box made the tat boxes appear quaint in comparison. Personally I find these monstrosities a bit annoying, and wish the manufacturers would just keep it simple.
 
Well I just finished up my Black and I have to say I was only slightly impressed. Now don't get me wrong, these are still a great smoke. When I compare these to the jar release, I thought the jar's were just AMAZING and these guys just good. Maybe it has to do with the down time and these will get better with age. I just don't see these coming close to the previously set bar. Would that then be called the 'jar bar'...ahahahaha
I'll have to try a couple more and see if my opinion changes any though. ;)

You're right about those Salmon boxes....they ARE monstrosities. But those Salmons are FANTASTIC!

Got my Reds and Blacks today. Unfortunately the boxes did smell of paint. Not near as bad as the Dracs, but the smell was there. Hopefully a day or two out of the vino will fix that.

Hah - no. You said you weren't going to go out of you way stalking B&Ms or chasing down misty-eyed BOTLs who got them - so I said I'm your man. Do NOT send anything in return - PIA if you choose. Just got the box today - haven't even broken the shrink wrap - but you are getting the first.

Just got my box of these. Smoking one tonight and gonna let the rest sit for a while. Cannot wait!
 
Is anyone else having problems with the wrappers on their tubos? I removed a red and black from their tubes, placed them in my cigar caddy, and drove 10 mins to my B&M. When I opened the caddy, the wrappers were completely mangled. The HdM Epi 2, also in the case, is perfectly fine. The Tat wrappers seem
REALLY thin and brittle. :/
 
.I had 4 with the heads crack, I also did not like the box size. :(
 
The box size is plain ridiculous. You couldn't find a more inefficient use of storage space if you tried. While they are nice looking boxes, they are completely impractical for storage in a humidor.

These will only fit in Christian's humidor, since it's a 15x20 walkin.
