The humidor that I ordered the 65% beads for

Does this mean that when my beads arrive, I should not add any water and just put them in?

If I understand how the beads work... the extra 10% will be removed by the beads and I wont have to add water until the value drops below 65%.

You shouldnt have too right away...mine was at 68-72 before i put my beads in. Didnt add a drop of water and just added the beads and within a day it was holding a steady 65%. Didnt have to add any water for nearly 3 weeks(it gets opened and closed quite a bit too)
