Had an experience last weekend I'd like to share.
Went on my weekly trip to my local B&M. Bought some sticks and pipe tobacco. Got cashed out and paid the bill. The next day I get a call from the guy at the B&M who took care of me. He says "looks like I overcharged you by $20 so next time you come in you have a $20 credit". Needless to say I was quite surprised and thought it was awesome he found the mistake and made it right. Kind of restores my faith in humanity.(A little)
