Another proper robusto. I dry boxed this one for a few days and picked an absolutely wonderful morning to smoke this- low 80's with acceptable humidity for Central Virginia.
1/3: Red pepper spice and some salt on the initial retro hales. The salt stays but the red pepper is replaced with a sweet, bready flavor.
2/3: Now the salt morphs into the red pepper spice, while the sweet bready notes continue.
3/3: The sweet bready flavor is now paired with some charred oak.

Final thoughts: Not bad. It had more transitions then the Chuck, but I'd stick it in the bottom half if I were to rank them all.
