Trinidad scorpion pickles - mixed gardinaire

budfy of mine from work gave me a big ass bag of Trinidad scorpion peppers last week so I decided to make a batch of pickles this weekend. I used a mix of cucumbers, onions, carrots, and cauliflower for the veggies. I tried a jar out Saturday night at a Halloween party we went to and based in the reactions I got from everyone they've got some good heat to them lol. Kinda surprised they were so good after only 24 hours of sitting.

Man! I haven't had giardiniera in 45 yrs. Good old days at my Nonna's house with tables loaded with food.

I'd be happy to share with you.... But they are hot. If you don't like spicy these might be for you. Be glad to make a batch that's not as hot.
