Lets admit it, every now and again a sloppy joe hits the spot, so here goes.
20 oz Ground Turkey, browned
1/2 white onion cooked with turkey
Drain well
One can black beans, drained and rinsed
One can favorite sloppy Joe Sauce
1 clove garlic diced
1 small squirt of Ketchup
1 large squirt of BBQ
After draining turkey and onion, add 1 clove finely dice garlic. Cook until garlic is nice a white, add remaining ingrediants and cook to till combined. Let cool slightly.
Serve on Multi-grain bun of choice with cheese of choice (Montery Jack is my fav), add a cold glass of Chocolate milk to wash it down.
Later that night while enjoying a premium cigar, smoke easy know that they money you saved on dinner can be used to purchase another.
