After having been screwed over by the Post Office on the current leg of our Newbie Pass 3 this week. I am glad to have had something go well this week. I just got back from the U2-3D Imax show. It was great! In some ways not as good as a live show. in many ways there was no comparison. They were so close to the band that I felt like I was onstage. The 3D effect was incredible.

If you are a U2 fan (or not) this is a show not to miss. Hopefully it will be playing near you, go check it out. I understand that it is also playing in regular theaters too, not just the Imax ones.

Heck yeah it was AMAZING!!! The wife and I saw it the day it came out, it was INCREDIBLE!!! The only thing bad that happened was like, halfway during the show, during one of my FAVORITE U2 songs ever, 'New Year's Day,' the projecter or something-or-other overheated, so we were left with a blank screen and audo. Then the show turned off altogether, so after about two minutes, the audience started singing New Years Day until the show came back on. It was a pretty incredible experience.


Good to see another U2 fan on here!!! I love playing U2 songs!
