Updated Fuente MSRPs

I updated the MSRPs listings on Vitolas.net to reflect the price increases that came in response to the SCHIP tax for:

• Ashton VSG cigars
• Opus X cigars
• AF Añejo cigars
• AF Hemingway cigars
• Opus X "gift tins"

Essentially, everything went up $1 per cigar in response to the SCHIP tax.

Thanks much to those who helped me out with this. If anyone has any comments/corrections, please let me know.
