I along with Steamboat on this site, were among about 35 people that enjoyed the first ever one day stop at all eight of the bars on the Urban Bourbon Tour.

A good time was had by all, as we enjoyed a stogie midway through the evening, that left me feeling shall we say, very happy, by the end of the night. That was a lot of bourbon. We started the tour at 3pm, and ended at midnight after seeing some of the nicest, well stocked bars in the area.

I would highly recommend this tour for any out of towners that have an evening to kill with some great drinks.

It was fun. Some of the younger crowd had all they needed. We had dinner at Bourbon's Bistro on Frankfort Ave and I continue to be spectacularly unimpressed with their restaurant. I love their patio where we sat and smoked a stick.
