Looking for suggestions please. Do any of the Hotels on or around Robson have Jacuzzi Suites that are reasonably priced?

We are also looking to make reservations at Joe Fortes Seafood and Chop for the roof top. I have been informed it is very cigar friendly, and has great atmosphere. Any opinions?
