So I'm puffin through one now it's complexity is intriguing. Initial light was very peppery, almost like a fresh roll, a bit of grass.

It cooled down and really opened up, pepper pretty much gone. More earth and leather, perhaps cream.
Loved it glad I bought a box!
Sounds like my experience as well. These have been a bit hit and miss for me, but when they're good, they're good.
