I'm trying to find an old coworker, and see how life has been for said person over the last 5 years since we were laid off. Every time I put the name in a google search, I end up with website upon website offering information for anywhere from $9.99 up to $49.99. Friendships are important, but damn, c'mon.

So do any of you have experience with a site that offers information for free? Or do you have a suggestion on a better search engine for people.

So far I've tried classmates.com, facebook.com, and myspace to no avail.

TIA,

Gary

I reconnect with 4-12 fingers of bourbon and a cigar. But not enough to let my friends catch me pukin. :whistling:

Although I hate to admit it because I despise the site so much; you'll be surprised on who you'd find in myspace

*nevermind, I fully read the post after I posted*

AHHHH Ha Ha Ha Ha... Shut up!

In all seriousness, I'm just glad you didn't pull out a camera. I checked this website the next day looking for blackmail messages.

LinkedIn might do the trick. It's a professional/social networking site. I am linked to a few BOTLs on here as well as most of my current and past professional contacts.

I joined up on Facebook and have found many people from my past, not sure if that's a good or bad thing.
