I see this guy around all the time, but the context I've seen him in is never consistent, kind of like Vitasea's cigars. :sign:

There, did I do it right? Is it for laughing at someone? Or is it like that comedian with the "Here's your sign" routine.

The link I posted is the official message board for Invision, the makers of the forum software used here. That's the only reason I posted it. I noticed some images will only show after I signed in, hence the heads up.
