The humidifiers keep at a constant 70-72%. The temp. stays about 70. I have cigars that seem hard when you push on them and many are having the outer leaves crack.

What is wrong?

Deb

P.S. I don't open their lids often at all. My igloodor seems to work better than the two humidors! :(

Maybe your hygrometer needs to be adjusted? Do a salt test... Just a guess! I personally keep mine at about 68!

I think Cohibasurfer is right, Your Iglodor should be fine even if opened often, what does the hygrometer read when you take it out?

Is there a good seal to keep the humidity in?
