I was drinking some from my batch on Saturday night and thinking to myself I could make it stronger next time. That's how you know that stuff is serious and not to be messed around with. It makes you damn delusional.
Ready to go to the shelf and take a nap. The bottles with the corks will likely not get the full two weeks of rest time.....just saying.....;-)
