That's Mullein ... soft, fuzzy and good to use as TP out in the woods. It also has many medicinal uses for respiratory ailments.

Yea , if you take a picture of a plant there is an info button somewhere when you open the picture, if I remember right. It says plant id or something to that effect you can click on
