WhiteSox VS BoSox playoff thread 2005

Since all the other teams had a thread.. I figure I would start one.

I cant beleive the beating that boston took at the hands of the very (im)potent white sox offense.

White sox pitching dominated..
whitesox offense looked good with the exception of 2 plays..
Sox still did their part to get some small ball but were still able to hit 5 HR's
14-2 is not a bad way to start off.


BoSox offense was stimied. Good pitching can really dominate potent offenses.
Outfields defense looked very weak.. I thinkthats why they ran so much on them.
Whitesox need to keep the pressure on..or else we are doomed.!!

I have the White Soxs so I'm thrilled that they won. But like they say, I think they shot there load if they score a few runs a game they will be lucky. Go Soxs!

WOW what a game. What a crowd.

I think section 159 was the loudest there last night. We were on our feet the freaking entire game..screaming and chanting and singing! it was an awesome experience!!

Glad you had fun, that's what heading out to the "pahk" (as we call it in Boston) is all about. Getting into Fenway can be like winning the Massachusetts state lottery, you either need to know someone, be a high ranking Union member, or.. well.. be Ben Affleck.
