I'm down for any invasion. Nice sun, great beaches, and beatiful cigars make a vaction (I mean invasion) for me. Throw in a few middle age guys going through a mid-life crisis armed with M-16s and you can consider Cuba mission accomplished. :laugh:

I believe our plate is full at the moment, and any move on CUBA would only piss off the rest of latin america. Of course this is only mho! Who knows what could happen. ???

Nonsense. We have no interest in invading Cuba. They're not threatening us right now, so we're fine.
I'm betting Fidel died last week, and it looks like his brother doesn't have a very tight grip on things right now, so they're activating the military to help keep order for when the news gets out. In the meantime, there are probably 2 or 3 folks maneuvering to be the next El Maximo Lider. Watch Hugo Chavez, because whoever he backs has probably got the upper hand (due to the oil subsidies he's providing).
