The William larue weller 2012 is a 12 year uncut/unfiltered bourbon. My favorite of the 2012 BTAC.

The nose has some hints of maple, wood and well.... Alcohol. At 123.4 proof that shouldn't be too surprising.

The first part of the sip has a very light maple syrup taste. Some caramel is also in there as well. It quickly turns into a really pleasant cinnamon mixed with very little dark fruit with cinnamon almost overpowering it, but not quite. The finish has the spice from the cinnamon flavor from earlier but with a little more pronounce dark fruit flavor..... It is tremendous, I hope your able to try a glass of this soon! Thanks for reading!
