Wine fridge

Are these things a good idea? I don't have a cellar to devote to wine... So I was thinking about getting a small fridge that I can control the temp to. Would that be the best way to store my wine without having a specific room for it?

If you are going to "collect" and "house" multiple bottles of wine, yes, I believe they are a great tool.
