That's a lot of dough for only 1,500 bottles. There are guys that custom build beautiful walk-in cellars that are of much greater capacity for that kind of money.

I have a 500 bottle wine fridge (for wine, guys.. not cigars! ) and it was under $2k. $28k for 1500 bottle capacity is insanely expensive.
