Also, I would add a hot tub. Unfortunately sold that house, but used to have hot tub outside on patio under the deck.
 
I'm a garage man as well. I'm kinda lucky thought. We bought our house a year ago and it was a model home for 2 years before. The garage was a showroom and even though we park the cars in it now, it has down lighting, cable and is well insulated. Took the 3rd row seat out of the Expedition and it's quite comfortable. :cool:
