Over 2000 miles makes that problem null and void ;)

Yeah, I know how you feel, my oldest will be 16 this year...
My oldest son is getting his learns permit this week, in Virginia that happens at 15 1/2.
I will spend the next few weekends teaching him how to drive a clutch. Along with that will be regular driving lessons with an automatic.
My wife has already stated she will not get behind the wheel with him until he has his "real" license. So it is my job to teach him how to drive.

Sorry for the thread jack...

Yeah, Matt will do a driving school also.
He needs 40 hours behind the wheel in addition to the driving school.
White knuckle time...

Time compression just gets worse from now. Next month, she is graduating college. This summer, your first grandson will be born. Congrats!

There is no more time for dog rockets. ;)

edit: can't spell for shit...

Hi, Wurm! I wish a very Happy 16th Birthday to Jenny! I don't have any daughters. I believe that it is probably more difficult to raise a daughter in many respects, than it is to raise a son. My son will be having his 29th birthday on March 8th. It doesn't seem possible. The years have flown by so fast. Yes, I guess that I am just getting old. Haha! All the best, Wurm! Regards, knightlaird
