Nicaraguans are the worst in terms of long term after taste for me. CC's are the best. Dominican/Honduran/etc. seems to vary.

When I get in the shower in the morning I take a big swig of peroxide and swig it around for 3 or so minutes. I then brush with Tom's of Maine toothpaste. Seems to help.
