Ah ... but I was offered a fine, still-sealed Optimo the other day. I handed back to the man, complimenting him on such a fine smoke, pretending to be oblivious to the fact that he was offering it to me. Then I moved on to another customer ... üZ.

I'm a car salesman. I've sold many cars. I've never left an Optimo in a car before, or any other celebratory item. I've also never sold to a cigar smoker, or else I'd have given him/her one of my Monte No.2s. üZ.

Righto. It used to be that I was always trying to figure out what 5 or 6 dollar cigar to smoke. Now I try to figure out what 12 or 15 dollar cigar to smoke, and it's slightly overwhelming the more I get into the cigar stores ... üZ.

I have lost a couple nice jobs due to downsizing in the companies. I was never offered a severance package, but I understand that looking for new work after having grown comfortable over many years is stressful. I suggest that more than anything--so long as finances permit--take time to relax...

That Between the Lines was an excellent smoke. I was surprised it lasted as long as everyone else's much longer cigars. The Padron '26 #9 I followed it with was my first, and it was no joke. Those Padrons need to keep on coming. üZ.

No, we didn't buy a fake. Somebody bombed Rob with a triple fermented cigar with a label that said "Fire." They weren't the ones from Indian Tabac. I think the cigar was in a bag labeling it as a God of Fire, but we checked it out and found the bands didn't match. As far as the divorce goes...
