    The only single malt released to date (August 2006)from the Kininvie Distillery is the Hazelwood 105 Scotch, to commemerate the 105th birthday of the founder's only surviving grand-daughter. It was given only to company employees. Michael

    Standing Rib Roast Garnish

    I had always wanted to make a rib roast. So recently I bought a Prime rib roast, and made a paste coating of rosemary, thyme, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil. It turned out incredible. I would definitely make it again. Michael
