Originally released in 1986. Fairport's only instrumental album. The drums are said to be too loud in the mix. I suspect a guitar player wrote that.:p

Steely Dan - Katy Lied

I agree Doc. When I first heard their stuff on radio as a teenager I wasn't impressed. Then I saw "I'm Going Home" in the Woodstock movie and it blew me away. Night and day.

Joanne Shaw Taylor - White Sugar
Yellowjackets - Cohearence

Christian Scott - Yesterday You Said Tomorrow
Chopin Favorite Piano Works - Vladimir Ashkenazy
Mozart Piano Quartets - Paul Lewis, The Leopold String Trio

There's a reason this is one of the last albums I need to complete my Dylan collection. Picked this up the other day used. First pressing. Pretty quiet so far.

I picked up a copy of the new Kansas album a while back. "The Prelude Implicit"
Good stuff! If you liked Kansas in the past, seek it out. Your eardrums will thank you.
