Email notification not working

I haven't been getting email notifications for new pm's this week. Was working fine last week.

Please disregard. Gmail started sending to spambox for some reason. Didn't occur to me to check there first. My tech fu is weak.

Somewhat relatedly, is there a way to make the PM notification more prominent? If someone doesn't have the email notification turned on, it's hard to tell when you have a PM. There used to be a small pop up window notifying you of the PM, but now there is a relatively hard to see notification up at the top that you really have to look for to find.

I am pretty sure I walked throught this correctly but I am still not getting Email any Ideas?
