Then all of a sudden it looks like this....

It's the old CP skin which causes issues. Once the new skin is complete, the old one will go away. It's not 100% compatible with the new software.

I just had the same issue, the top was scrolled with mmburtch's avatar, the right side was plastered with Oscar from Sesame Street, and the bottom had cqb_guru's avatar. Frightening combo!
