Whisky Exchange - Contact

Has anyone had any issues getting a response from the Whisky Exchange? There is a bottle of cognac I am interested in, however, I'd like to know a bit more about it. I contacted them via e-mail (I think to their London store as well as corporate) and received no response.

Just curious if anyone else has ran in to similar issues.

Never. I typically get a response within 24 hours.

Does Royal Mile Whiskies have the bottle you're looking for?

Good point. I tried yesterday. Wasn't thinking about Boxing Day. I'll see if I get a response by tomorrow.

I haven't checked Royal Mile yet...It's a pretty old bottle of cognac, but I'll see what they have available.
