How do major makers, such as Padron, AF, and the like control consistency from one cigar roller to the next? When I go to pizza hut they measure and weigh the ingredients out so it's the same pizza no matter where you go. Do they say "use one of these tobacco leaves and two of these leaves", etc...
Also, from year to year, how do they control consistency, i.e. one year a crop may get more rain and shade the next more sun, which has to affect it. Do they discontinue the line and call it something new?
