I think lounges don't exist in Seattle because of the laws, at least they didn't when i went about 5 years ago. The only place where indoor smoking I believe to be allowed is at a place in Fife WA outside Seattle about an hour drive?

I didn't get to make it there during my trip, no time/transport.
I did find Market Tobacco Patch at Pikes Place Market, nice sticks and prices are what to be expected.
I got to smoke and watch players play chess here:

(Occidental park at pioneer square)
I even shared a smoke with one of the guys waiting his turn. He was very thankful for the tat casa criolla I offered him and said it was a very tasty smoke.
Eat breakfast at pikes place market if you want good but pricey food, if you want very very good breakfast at a more reasonable price, eat breakfast at Glo's,

great stuff. If you're into Asian fare, go to Araya's place NE University location.

Yes Araya's is vegan, but believe me, you won't miss the meat.
Get the drunken noodle kiss the sun hot if you're into spicy.
Also recommend the tom yum soup (spicy)
Finish off with mango sticky rice for dessert.
Have fun!
