Just wondered, how did you hook these up, i.e., Bi-wired or with the Jumpers. Been thinking about them...too much...haha.I like my new Sonus Faber Venere 2.5
I have that track but not the album. I mean to download it. I have their last album (I believe) which is self-titled. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already. She can definitely sing, and she's easy on the eyes.I really like the lead singer Amy Lee's vocals. I might have the CD with "Bring me back to life" which is what got me to notice them.
I have got a story about that tour but you (not just you but anybody) have to want to hear it since it will take some time to type it all out.Hate to sound like Mr. Topper, but I saw them Jan. '74 with Bob Dylan. It was Dylan's first tour since his motorcycle accident.

Indeed.Does that mean you want the story Mr. Monk?
Give me some time I'll get it up.
You really should consider whose chain you're pulling. That sure seems like you're used to saying that....

They're bi-wired. Same as my Vandersteen's were. Are they better? No, but they are different. A totally different presentation. The sound stage is slightly taller, and I don't miss the extra half octave of bass. I don't listen to organ music at all. I've also moved up a few rows. There seems to be a presence range boost, like many high end speakers. Just what I needed after 20 plus years of listening to the Vandersteens.Just wondered, how did you hook these up, i.e., Bi-wired or with the Jumpers. Been thinking about them...too much...haha.
Keerist, talk about classics.Bob Dylan - Blonde on Blonde
The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
James Brown - Live at the Apollo
Jimi Hendrix Experience - Electric Ladyland
That's encouraging. Thanks for fleshing that out some. I neglected to elaborate. I'm trying to find a fairly close dealer who has them on hand, and will let me hook my gear to a pair. I've worked on a full change for a couple of years and replacing the Thiels is the last stage. They're bi-wired. Same as my Vandersteen's were. Are they better? No, but they are different.
