I have found a box of 20 locally. My question is how much do you think they would go for? The person locally wants $500, unopened box. I would hold on to them for years without opening. They are very hard to find. At least I can't find them

Thats a lot of loot if you never have even tried one. Why would you want a box, because it’s a limited release, hard to find? And WHO is sofisticated enough to appreciate it if it is indeed that fine? I am not that guy for sure.

Be judicious on how you spend that money.

There are many fine brothers here to help steer you toward some really fine sticks.

I have had one, the are pretty good. Just curious about the value of collecting it.

I think when they were released they were about $15-17 a stick. I can't find them any where. A $200 increase in a box over 9 years. Is it worth it?? Not sure.

I am looking to save the box for another 10plus years. Just curious to see what the forum thinks.

Not a collector, I smoke them if I got them. If you like the them and enjoy them smoke them. Every summer I smoke as many rare and hard to find cigars. Last year I smoked at least 32cigars that I was saving.

Agree, life is short. Smoke what you have.

I know there are a bunch of Tat fans here. Just curious if the price is worth it and if potentially the box increases with age.

I’m certain I’ve seen them as high as 700-800 a box. So, if you’re really into these, or really into hoarding limited releases, they’d be a bargain at that price.

I am interested in hoarding them for my kids when they are old enough for a cigar. (I will smoke a couple)But knowing my luck they will not like cigars, lol. I know there are a lot of great smokes out their for less. I will say that I do love Tat's. I know their is a big following of his brands. It's like buying fine wine, if I get to drink it later in life great. If I die, hopefully someone will enjoy smoking them or the appreciation of the box??

Not worth it in my opinion. Last time I was in Reno, Dion’s shop still had plenty for less money. Though I’m not sure if he has raised the price since then or sold out.

Is there anyway to see if he has sold out or raised price??

Edit: I can't spell

Looks like that's the 2008 vintage. Very different than the 2009. I like both!

Didn't know the 2008 were still floating around, any left where you found them?
