Yeah, they know me, I park illegally ("The cops won't bother you here!"), and I bring Enzo (my dog) and they always put me at a table with him. I've eaten at a *lot* of steakhouses (back in my Wall Street days, it was a weekly thing with a bunch of colleagues). This one is consistently as good as any of the most famous ones in Manhattan. Lenny's Steakhouse Larchmont NY. Ask for Angelo and say Mark sent you. (Yeah, I'm like famous and stuff, five blocks from my house!)
