This is a Nicaraguan long filler cigar. The construction was very good & had a nice burn throughout the smoke with only one relight necessary. I found the cigar to be mild to medium strength.
The first few puffs were very peppery & spicy & then blended in with a very little sweetness to balance out the cigar very nicely. This also combined with some very tasty earthy & tobacco flavors until the end.
Overall a very enjoyable smoke. I look forward to smoking the other Ortega cigars I received in the sampler package.5E491A8B-D153-4145-9321-E1F4E4CDF88B.jpeg

At that price, I was wondering how these would be. Glad to hear they held up for you.

Check out their site. They run specials that bring the cost down to $3. a stick. Can’t beat them IMHO, at that price.

Glad to see Eddie Ortega bringing these back. I'm not a huge San Andreas fan, but the Serie D Maduro circa 2013 was a tasty bugger.
