ISO Beltbuckle pipe/ bowl

So back in the 70’s a good friend of mine had one of these. Obviously he doesn’t have it anymore. I’m looking to buy him something similar. Any ideas ?? It’s a belt buckle bowl/ pipe

Hopefully one comes up again. I just started looking this week. It’s very impractical but he would love it.
