"As you're well aware, no telescope on Earth can see the leftover descent stages of the Apollo Lunar Modules or anything else Apollo-related. Not even the Hubble Space Telescope can discern evidence of the Apollo landings. The laws of optics define its limits.

Hubble's 94.5-inch mirror has a resolution of 0.024″ in ultraviolet light, which translates to 141 feet (43 meters) at the Moon's distance. In visible light, it's 0.05″, or closer to 300 feet. Given that the largest piece of equipment left on the Moon after each mission was the 17.9-foot-high by 14-foot-wide Lunar Module, you can see the problem."

Darn! We can see 15 billion light years deep but I'll be damned, we can't see anything left on the moon. What luck!

With the rover technology they had back then I do not think it could have landed a pay load, taken it out of the payload and then placed it properly. This would add more to the conspiracy that there was technology they aren’t telling us about that went there and did all of this without us knowing as well as where is the payload that sent the mirrors and the robot there and how did that get off the moon so that it is now also gone? The more simple answer is that people were just sent there. How is that not plausible? There were several missions there so all of them were faked? How many people can be part of a conspiracy before one of them speaks up about the truth? The amount of people that would have to part of it and then keep it quiet without any of it leaking also makes it not plausible. They can’t even keep spoilers from a damn Marvel movie from coming out

Yeah, it's almost like galaxies are a lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot, lot bigger than a moon. Or something.

Also has anyone actually seen a real picture of a black hole and not a computer generated theory mock up? It’s blurry as hell and all pixelated with zero detail. It’s practically all theories. And another thing they aren’t really “pictures” they are sensors absorbing specific wavelengths not light. Like X-rays and stuff.

Also, it was called "The Space Race" back then. Who were we racing? The Soviet Union. There is nothing that would have thrilled the Soviets more than calling the US lunar missions a hoax. They had the technology to determine if radio messages were coming from the Moon or a studio in Burbank. Curious as to why they never blew the lid off of this hoax! Would have been extremely simple for them to disprove the whole thing and laugh at those foolish Capitalists.

But they didn't.

The telescopes in space are even closer to the moon than the earth is, we could have one make a pass get some pictures. But nah, why do that?

A friend had a 1000X telescope and we could see better detail than the pictures they use to show the debris we left. The only problem was that the rotation of the earth meant you had about one second to observe before you had to move the telescope.

You mean with the famous Soviet Moon Landings?

Without the historical context of how big of a deal things like Sputnik and Gagarin were to the West, I guess it's as easy to say "Oh, the Ruskies were in on it!". But that's not how things were in the 60's, there is zero percent chance that the USSR would have simply gone along with a fake US lunar mission. 6 times.

The mirror is the size of a suitcase, I don't think placing it is a difficult as you imagine. As far as people not talking, I believe you could wag the dog and fool not only the general public, but everyone at NASA, including the astronauts themselves, with just the top officials in the know.

I watched that show. I don’t normally believe in conspiracy theories, but I will admit, there were some point made that made you go hmmm. However, everyday news is making me a not doubt any theory.
