OH man, you do fight dirty. The menu is wonderful and the steak, is that wagyu? What time and where? For us mere mortals, is A5 a grade or several grades above Prime?

A5 is the best grade of jap wagyu. There are higher A5 grades depending on marbling. But A5 is the best

Prime is only for US grading. Wagyu is its own category of cow. On a scale of 1-10 prime would be a 2 A5 would be a 12 lol

In order rabbit dumplings with ponzu chili oil fried leeks and scallions. Cold peanut noodles with pork belly. Crispy rice with avacodo wasabi cream spicy salmon and salmon roe. Simple ginger salad. Miso butter glazes sea bass with baby bok choy and lemon grass jus

Well Sir Chef, I for one enjoyed the tour. Unfortunately you are in NC or I would be in trouble. Without writing a epistle, I sure do enjoy gnocchi, and the humor of the I'm Sorry I Called you a Kumquat did not pass me by. Wish you great success, and screw all you CP guys that can check this place out.. And the next drink is for The Bishop!
