Today's Smoke 2024

Johnny O
Siglo Vi, EL

I am well aware they don't actually come from EL, it's just what they are called.

These have about 15 months on them. A world better than when they were fresh, but still need more time. Had hints of greatness and excellent burn, but still have that green/ ammonia hint. They have been in a baggie seperate from my other cigars. A cedar box and breathing them may help, or maybe a lost cause. Time will tell.

I was just chilling with some non cigar friends and told them I had some that only had 15 months of age, and I'm hoping they keep getting better with age.

Buddies wife started laughing so hard she was crying. She finally choked out "You talk about your cigar like it's a fuc#ing baby. That's the only other thing in this world people count age in months." I was nicknamed cigar daddy for the night.

I am smoking a 2003 HdM Pirmide EL that I was going to enjoy while watching tonight‘s NFL playoff game but the greedy bastards bait and switched the game where you have to pay for a subscription just to watch one playoff game. How greedy can the NFL get I hope Congress comes down on them with the antitrust laws that they were excluded from. OK rant over back to our unregular scheduled programming.
