Had to ponder about this first one. It only made it to #53 on the Hot 100 which is below the criteria of Top 40 or maybe Top 50. However it did make it to #2 on the Alternative chart so that has to be worth something.

I remember "....a connnection is made", but man that's really it from that song. Just doesn't stand out. Surprising because it came out a year after I graduated HS and was in college.

My 90’s OHW contribution. I used to play this in an old band I was in. It’s a surprisingly complicated song with one-measure time signature changes that only occur every other repetition of the main riff.

I’m a Toadies fan and had that album. But to the average music fan…well, Possum Kingdom is on more than one OHW list.
